Insurance Update 01/01/23

As of January 31, 2023, we will be OUT OF NETWORK with CIGNA.

Patients with Cigna insurance may continue to come for care. If your plan has out of network benefits, we will provide you with a Superbill that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. You will be responsible for paying our cash rate at the time of your visit.
